Lambrusco di Sorbara

The jellies are soft and dense mousse obtained by cooking wine and balsamic vinegar. The basic product is boiled very quickly so to preserve and maintain intact all its aromatic features. These jellies are completely natural and alcohol free (for wine jellies) . Any preservatives or dyes are added. The high acidity and the sugar content guarantee long preservation of the product.

Food pairings: the best combination is with cheese.

Wine Jellies with Lambrusco di Sorbara: is very delicate, it is perfect with soft and fresh cheeses such as ricotta and caciotta made with cow’s milk. Very good also with bread, biscuits and small buttered sandwiches, with boiled meat, zampone, cold cuts, fresh fruit and it is delicious on cakes.
