The jellies are soft and dense mousse obtained by cooking wine and balsamic vinegar.
The basic product is boiled very quickly so to preserve and maintain intact all its aromatic features.
These jellies are completely natural and alcohol free (for wine Jellies) . Any preservatives or
dyes are added. The high acidity and the sugar content guarantee long preservation of the product.

Food pairings: the best combination is with cheese.

Wine Jellies with Lambrusco di Sorbara: with its strong aroma, matches perfectly with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, seasoned hard cheeses and blue cheeses. It is delicious also on boiled meat, omelets, fresh strawberries and ice cream.
