The taste is dry, pleasantly supple and mineral. It is very palatable and leaves a delicious hint of almond.
Its aroma intense and consistent aromas with an important citrus smell, followed by yellow and white pulp fruits like apple,peach and melon, with a slight hint of sage and wisteria.
Food pairings: butter and sage ravioli, 4 cheeses dumplings, rabbit, roast meat with potatoes.
