    Materie prime: cooked must of Trebbiano grapes grown in Garuti farms
    Aged: minimum 12 years old
    Processing: Processing: natural fermentation and acidification of cooked must, with refilling procedure between the wooden casks, annual drawing and bottling.

    Bottle: the traditional balsamic vinegar is bottled in patented in glass bottles of 100 ml only.

    Food pairings:  Food pairings: perfect with seasoned cheese and hard cheese, raw vegetables, risotto, boiled or grilled meat, fish, omelettes, fruit and ice cream. it is used also to enrich appetizers, first courses, main courses and desserts.
